Teleseminars – Bigger Effort Means Bigger Success

When you have no list to speak of, the best way to get one fast is by doing a teleseminar series with experts in your niche. To make it work, though, you have to be willing to do the work to get the series off the ground. This includes finding participants, inviting them, and when the invitations are sealed, setting up the teleseminar itself. It’s not difficult to do, only time consuming, but there are a few tricks that will assure your teleseminar series’ success.

First, when writing to the experts, mentioning who else you’re approaching, who you have confirmed, and what products they promote helps you gain credibility and helps the experts to be more inclined to participate.

Once you have your list of experts lined up, you have to make it as easy for them to participate as possible. Most of the time, you can just go to their websites and sign up for their affiliate programs yourself.

Do as much of the work as possible, so that your guests don’t have to do it. Ninety-nine percent of the time, you should be able to find their affiliate link sign up page on your own, if you do the leg work. It’s your duty, especially if you want to do teleseminars with some of the bigger people. You should do most of the work and they should just have to show up and maybe send out some emails.

Think about it, you’re coming from a point where you don’t have a list. You don’t have a lot of pull or power when you first start out, so you needed to do a lot of the leg work. Set up the teleseminar pages, too. Create the system, and then, all the experts have to do is to send out the emails, show up and give good content.

Also create emails for them to send to their lists. They may or may not use them, or they may rewrite them, but at least give them the option of using something that is pre-prepared.

If you’re willing to do all of the work and get things set up, that’s huge! Your teleseminar series will be much more successful and you’ll come away with a bigger list and the respect of the experts you interview. Then, they could turn into joint venture partners sometime in the future. If you botch things or make it to hard for them to participate, you’ll probably never hear from them again.

Teleseminar series are probably the best way to build your list. Set up a squeeze page to collect the names and email addresses for the people that your partners recommend and you’ll get a much bigger list, practically overnight.
