Video without a Camera

Have some PowerPoint presentations hanging around that you don’t know what to do with? Or maybe just some pictures that you’d like to turn into a video?

Take ’em over to SlideShare (http://SlideShare.net)

You upload the slides, and just add audio to make a pre-recorded type webinar.

Then, you can put this stuff on your website or even use it for a teleconference. Just prepare a presentation for your call, assign it to your listeners as “pre-call homework” and then, do a Q&A from that presentation.

Just by putting the slide show up on SlideShare, you’ll get traffic to whatever site or blog you want to direct them to, as well–if folks like your show. Pretty sweet.

Another quick video creating site like that is called “Animoto,” and you can use it the same way to create videos with sight and sound. It takes your pictures and turns them into a multimedia explosion! This is another great way to get video into your blog or on your website. It’s free, and really powerfully cool.
