To Make Money Online—Ten Ways

1. Online advertising: On the Internet, a smartly organized small establishment may get excellent results. You are competing side by side with larger corporations. Internet advertising is on an ascending trend, which shows plenty of potential for the near and distant future. As traditional media outlets struggle to keep costs down and become more attractive possibility of advertisering. The virtual space offers any career the opportunity to achieve astonishing results. A budget that is only a fraction of what an advertiser would pay to get the same ROI through traditional media. Using programs such as Google Adsense, placing affiliate banners on your site and making the most from website advertising are all amazing ways to make some cash.

2. Affiliate programs: You can choose affiliate hubs where different advertisers offer their banners and associate offers and you can manage them using a centralized system. You can get a single affiliate website that will allow you to view their banners on your site. The potential profits that come from partnering with a program that are strictly connected to how high your visitor counts are targeted those visitors. This takes us a bit out of sight from affiliate systems and highlights the importance of SEO in any online organization the web masters who invest money and energy into ethical SEO techniques often notice a very steady increase in traffic. That enables them to make more profit from their online commerce

3. Freelance jobs: Working as a freelancer on the Internet is one of the most popular ways of making money from home. You can try your luck at graphic design, copywriting, programming and several other dozens of ramifications and project types.

4. Electronic commerce: Merchandising items on eBay is one of the hottest ways of creating a lot of cash from the internet. Not everyone is successful at it. Of course, but those that are continue to increase their profits constantly. Auctions on eBay have a lot of potential, combine them with drop shipping and you can get an operation that’s easy to run and very profitable at the same time.

5. Paid surfing and survey filling: There are a number of companies that pay you to surf the web. They display a small add on your desktop when you are connected to the Internet and give you a percentage of the advertising revenue they receive. The amount per hour is not very big, but there are ways to multiply it by referring other people. This is really the focus of all this programs. Tell everybody you know that they too, can get paid to surf, and get paid yourself for referring them. Paid surveys are also great, since they are easy to fill in and anyone can do that from the comfort of their own home.

6. Networking: While this is not actually a direct style of generating a gain, you can use social networking and MLMs to generate leads and drive traffic to your online company

7. Selling websites: Domain names are becoming an extremely popular area, which still has a lot of room for development. If you bought a nice, short and relevant domain names a while ago. You can make a small fortune marketing it today.

8. Work at home jobs: Depending on how much time you are willing to put into an office at your home, you could either do it in your spare time, or make it your main income source. Work at home jobs is suitable for everyone: from students, to retired people. You do not sign any documents or commit in writing to anything, thus you are not obliged to work if you do not feel like it. In a modern society, with parents spending more time at home raising their children and college students looking for a comfortable part time job. A workplace at home opportunity is the perfect answer.

9. Outsourcing: This is not a moneymaking fortune, but a money saving one. Outsourcing is the better way to create a competitive business in countries like the United States, Canada and most of Europe.

10. Free stuff online: You will not get rich by taking advantage of all the stuff that you can give away from online, but it is fun, rewarding and will build you a list. If you are a webmaster and you wish to create a very popular website, do your best to offer lots of things for free, downloads, software, eBooks, wallpapers and so on.

Disabled Veterans Training | How To Make Money Online With This Amazing 5 Step Formula

How To Make Money Online With This Amazing 5 Step Formula

Follow these super simple 5 steps for making money online and get ahead of 95 % of other marketers.

*Step 1* Target a large group of people

Initially you need to research your intended marketplace .You need to uncover a reasonably large number of targeted individuals who have money to spend and a problem that needs solving. To make income online you need to offer a great product, or service, that solves a problem for them.

You need to research:

(a) What are people searching for online?

(b) How many people are searching online for a solution to their particular problem?

First though, what should you be marketing in your proposed new online enterprise

Ideally, you should market something that you have a keen interest in, this will keep you motivated.

You can find out what people are searching for at Google here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

and at Wordtracker.com who currently offer a free trial at:

http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com

*Step 2* Locate a great product

Once you have researched your target Niche, it is time to quickly locate your products or services. If you have your own product great, if not then there are plenty of options to sell, or resell other peoples products.

There are thousands of products you can discover quickly. However, merchandising and selling a really good item needs a little more attention (you could create your own but you want to get started fast, right?)

Next…locate your products You can choose to promote physical products or with using a software programs or devices that operates on a principles that governing the behavior of the electrons. Digital products cover many different areas of interest and are incredibly profitable. There are no delivery costs with electronic download products they are a good choice to promote as most offer good margins.

Here are some prime resources for sourcing digital products:

1. www.paydotcom.com

2. www.clickbank.com

3. www.cj.com

There are other resources but the above sites are a great place to start for all types of fast selling electronics download products.

*Step 3* Market to your target audience

Now you have researched your chosen marketplace and located great products you can sell, it’s time to reach out and grab those targeted individuals.

So how are you going to magnetize your hungry buyers at little or no expenditure

You MUST reach your objective market in a way that allows you still to make a good profit. There are many ways to achieve this (that is another book in itself) but I’m going to show you the most expend effective way to market almost any item or service online. In fact it is so cost efficient it won’t disburse you anything (just a little time set aside to complete it).

So what is this free method?

Articles. Yes… article marketing is THE most powerful way to attract ready made buyers to your site for little or NO expense You basically write something that is informative and of interest to readers of your intended market, then submit your articles to directories to get them published.

The links contained within your published articles will point back to your website and they will lead targeted visitors to your merchandise. Articles can also be a major factor in surrender any well optimized site higher rankings in search result pages.

*Step 4* Offer a very tempting low priced (or free) product

When someone visits your site you must offer a FREE or relatively low-cost product to ‘hook’ your potential buyer from the outset. The aim is to get the prospect to “buy-in” to you, so that you can start to establish a business relationship. A getting to know you stage if you like.

Make your initial offer very difficult to turn down and at the same capture their email address so that you can follow up if they don’t buy the first time (1 % or less buy on their first visit to a website).

Once your customer has bought into your first product, this could be a free email course, a “How to” ebook, a mini report or a cheap $27 intro product, you must then begin to build up trust and offer more expensive products.

The only way you can make a long term profit, and make money online, is by building on that 1st low margin sale. After the first sale you then follow up by offering ever more expensive products each time.

As long as the products or services you offer are good and deliver what they promise, you will be giving value for money. That’s what we all want when we buy something. That is how all successful companies and individuals make a success out of their businesses.

*Step 5* Follow up and offer more expensive products

Repeat the process over and over again with successful products and services and drop the unsuccessful ones. These simple steps may seem really obvious but guess what, most marketers don’t do it.

When you follow up with your customers you should be offering them related products to their first purchase. Use an autoresponder to automate your communications.

Follow this simple 5 step pattern, research your idea thoroughly and you will make money online.

Article Marketing – 9 Key Components to Writing a Good Article

Writing a good article is not as difficult as a lot of people think it will be. So many people just freeze up when I suggest article marketing as a way to drive traffic to their website. I really don’t get it…here are 9 simple ideas that if you follow them, will have you writing good articles right away.

What makes an article good?

  1. Content. First, foremost and above all else! If you are providing good content the rest of it doesn’t really matter too much.
Everything else can be improved upon with practice, experience or by paying someone else to do the writing for you if you have to! But the content…that is YOU…that is where your experience, your knowledge comes in. If you give good content the reader really won’t care if you have a run-on sentence.
  2. Provide value. OK, this is part of content…but it is so important it bears repeating! Be factual and solve a problem for someone so they can learn from you! Just don’t try to solve all their problems in one article!
  3. Keep it short and simple. Don’t write a 1000 page book. A good length for most articles is 400-600 words…that’s about 1 page. Each paragraph should be a couple of lines. Provide lots of “white space”…it makes it easier on the eyes and people are psychologically more likely to read it because it looks “easier” and short.
  4. Headlines. Build curiosity about the subject. Using a number in the title can be great, like 5 ways to…3 critical steps…top 10 methods…success at ___ in 7 easy steps. Numbered reasons are not the only types of headlines, but they make it easy for you to build your article!
  5. Opening paragraph. This is just a short explanation of what you are going to cover…it should reinforce, or support, the headline. Basically you are saying-really quickly-what you are going to tell the reader.
  6. The body style. I’m focusing on the numbered reason style for this article because it is an easy way to help you organize your content. Just be sure that your numbers match the number in your headline. And, for whatever reason, odd numbers seem to work best…with one major exception-the top 10 list is awesome. So if you don’t have 10, then make it an odd number.
  7. Closing paragraph. In a sentence or two, what did you just tell your reader about? Keep this a positive statement.
  8. Your resource box. This is where you put your “by-line”, how people can reach you for additional information. Make sure you have your website here or you won’t get much traffic!
  9. Keywords. Use keywords for your topic in your headline, opening and closing paragraphs. If you can sprinkle them throughout the article that is great, but it is better to write naturally then spending a ton of time trying to force in keywords!

Look, I am not a great book author…I’m no Hemingway or Shakespeare…but I don’t pretend to be-and better yet, I don’t have to be! That’s not what article marketing is about. Follow these 9 easy guidelines and use article marketing to drive traffic to your website and increase your business.

Internet Marketing and List Building: Articles Are the Bomb!

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

 Rick Burdo Here!

A Proud American.

That enlisted in US Navy.

In the early 70’s, I say:

I’m a old Navy salt,

that enjoyed his

Haze Gray and Underway Days.

I ask you All:

Have you ever water skied behind

a Twin Screws Destroyer,

USS Edson DD 946 ?

I know she could put up

One Hell of a Roaster Tail.

I would like to Say,

Thank You

To All Our Veterans.

God Bless The USA.

Enjoy!

If you’re into Internet marketing, I would say that your highest goal is list building? Yes or no? Want to know the best way to do that?

Writing articles.

That’s the best way to be list building. An article creates interest and credibility. When you are an author, you’re an instant expert. Does that make sense? So the point of the article is to get people to trust you, to believe in you, to become interested, and then the article has to leave them hanging.

Do you ever watch TV? I very rarely do. I actually don’t even have cable, but what I do is I watch the series “Lost.” I watch it online. If I were you, I would go to ABC.com and look for “Lost.” Watch the first episode. You could even go ahead and go to your local video rental store and rent a couple of episodes of one of the most recent seasons or even the first season if you want to. I’d like you to watch that first episode, and then I’d like you to just try not to watch the second one. Just try. It’s almost impossible. The reason it’s almost impossible is because it’s incredibly entertaining, incredibly interesting, and it leaves so many questions in your mind that you want to know what happens next. Does that make sense?

That is how every television series works, and the good ones are very good at this. The bad ones don’t last very long. It’s a lot like Internet marketing. I’m not a big soap-opera fan, but soap operas are incredibly good at this for their target market. They set up all these bizarre love triangles and blah, blah, blah. They leave people wondering what is going to happen next from episode to episode to episode, and people just get drawn into the drama. That’s what you’re trying to create with your articles. You’re trying to draw people in and then leave them hanging to the point where they want more.

They want the solution, and guess what gives them the solution? Your squeeze page does. “To find out the answer… link to your URL.” Then your list building page should relate back to that article. You can set up all sorts of different list building pages if you want to that give them some of the answers to those things.

Articles are meant to drive people to your squeeze page so that you can be list building. The whole thing about credibility, getting them to know you, and all that stuff is bogus in Internet marketing. You can’t measure any of those things. You can measure the amount of traffic that comes to your website, and you can measure the percentage of people who opt-in to your list. Does that make sense?

What nationality are you? Okay, so why not write about Hispanic, Indian, or whatever-nationality-you-are home-based business or how to make millions of dollars even if you’ve only been in this country for a short time. Or maybe you’re an older woman who wants to make an Internet marketing business for herself. Or, you’re a retired Naval officer. I don’t know! Come up with a way of drawing people in based on something unique about you and the way you think about things and do things.

Nationality was just the first thing off the top of my head. My name is Tellman Knudson, and for some random reason I get tons of Scandinavians signing up for my list. I’ve never marketed to Scandinavians, but I bet if I did, it would be that much easier. Do you see my point? Work with your strong points. Write articles about them, and watch your list and your Internet marketing business grow.

List Building with Words

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

Rick Here!

That sounds a bit silly, doesn’t it? I mean, how can you possibly build a list using only words? Well, you can’t. We all know that list building requires a squeeze page to send names and email addresses to your autoresponder service. Right? But there is a way for you to build your list using words, too. You can build your list by writing articles.

To start an article, you have to think about the niche you’re building your list in. Let’s say it’s sports. OK, so what sport? Hockey. OK, Hockey is a popular sport. But that’s a pretty broad topic. What is it about hockey that thrills you? I mean, what makes you love hockey?

Maybe you like hockey players and are interested in learning more about them and their lives. What made them great hockey players? What kind of kids were they when they were growing up? What do they do when they aren’t playing hockey? These are all great subjects that you could build an article around. But let’s narrow it down even more. Let’s say that you like hockey players from the past. You have lots of great choices to write about: Bobby Orr, Mario Lemieux, Wayne Gretsky, and others. But let’s say you really liked Mario Lemieux and that you want to write something interesting about him.

How to you begin?

Go to Google and plug in “Mario Lemieux.” The first thing that comes up is Wikipedia, so wander over there and just check things out. We see that he played for the Pittsburgh Penguins for 17 seasons, and that he’s now an owner of the team. He brought the team back after they filed bankruptcy in 1999. That’s pretty interesting. Maybe we could write about that.

So, we toddle on over to “Pittsburgh Penguins.” There’s a lot of history there. The team started out as the Pittsburgh Hornets, and this and that, and then we come to Mario Lemieux and how he took the team over because he was owed so much back pay that he was a major creditor to the team. So, you have some background information. But where do you find the real stuff? Wikipedia is great for getting a handle on things, but you can’t rely on facts there, as it’s user-driven. You have to know that what you write in an article is factual.

There are plenty of places you can go to find out more information. You can go right to the source. Try the Pittsburgh newspapers, like the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette or the Pittsburgh Tribune Review. At the Post-Gazette, you can search for penguins +bankruptcy, and you’ll see a whole list of articles about the issue and it’s free to read the articles. You could consider this to be a creditable source. Magazines are another great resource, and if you have a library card, you probably have access to hundreds of magazines and journals through your library’s website. If there’s one thing the Internet can do, it’s provide research materials.

After you’re done researching, you need to gather your facts. What’s your main point of discussion? Maybe you’ll want to make it why Lemieux could never be paid. Highlight why the Penguin expenses were so high, and end with the idea that though he missed a lot of salary for a few years, he came away with a hockey team and a new stadium. Start with the problem:

“Mario Lemieux was one of the greatest players ever to hit the ice. He was loyal to his team, the Pittsburgh Penguins and stayed with them for 17 years. It’s amazing to learn that Lemieux did this even when the team owed him a LOT of money. It’s quite odd to think that the best player on the ice wasn’t even getting paid.”

Now, I don’t’ know that this is true, but I hope you see what I’m getting at. Take your topic and start it off with an interesting paragraph. Then, just fill in the details. You can do it in about three paragraphs. Then, write a summary of what you’ve just written in closing and BAM! You have an article.

Here’s where the marketing comes in. After your interesting story, you write a resource box. In that, you write: “Bob Smith is an avid hockey fan and owns one of the premiere hockey memorabilia sites on the Internet. Join Bob’s Hockey Greats Newsletter at http://bobshockey.com.”

If you are a hockey fan, would you join Bob’s list? If you liked the article, you probably would. Then, write good articles for your newsletter or autoresponder series, too and lead buyers into the products you’re selling from there. Write an article based on fact, draw readers in with an interesting lead, and then invite them to visit your squeeze page. You’ll be amazed at how well this works. But don’t stop at one article. Every article that you write and upload to directories like Ezine Articles, Go Articles, and iSnare, also help you to gain grace with the search engines from all the one-way links pointing back to your site. Articles rock! Write some and watch your traffic and your income grow.
